You may find a second method here. I claim the copyright to this tutorial. You are free to do whatever you please with what you make, but please do not take my tutorial. Do not send the tutorial through email. Only share my link. This tutorial was created for some friends of mine who wanted to begin learning more about PSP. It is intended for high beginners to intermediates. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. To do this tutorial you will also need Paint Shop Pro. I used Paint Shop Pro 7, but the steps used may also be done in Version 8 or 6. You may download a free trial at Jasc. Remember to save as a psp file often! Before we begin, you must have completed a bubble/globe glass. Here's the tutorial for the Heart Bubble that I am using. Now that you have studied the tools, let's begin! 1. Open the globe bubble or globebase that you made in part 3. Hold the Shift key down and press D. This duplicates the bubble. Close the original. In the top menu click on Image > Resize. I resized my globe to 75% (Check all layers) 2. Hold the Shift key down and Press D to duplicate the image.
Do it again--Hold the Shift Key down and press D. You should now
have 3 copies of the same image.
3. Choose the picture tube tool from the left menu. Choose
the sparkly tube. Set the Tool Options to the settings below.
You may have to change the size depending on how large your bubble is.
4. Click 3 or 4 sparklies on your Image1. I then went back
and changed to a smaller size, and added a few smll sparklies to. See below.
5. In the top menu, click Edit > Copy.
6. In the top menu, click File > Jask Software Products > Launch
Animation Shop.
7. After Animation Shop finishes loading, in the top menu click
on Edit > Paste > As New Animation
A copy of Image1 will appear in Animation Shop. 8. Go back to Paint Shop. Now click on Image 2 to activate it. 9. Add some sparklies to Image 2 in different places (than Image
1).
10. In top menu, click Edit > Copy. 11. Now go to Animation Shop. In top menu click Edit > Paste
> After Current Frame.
12. Now Go back to Paint Shop. Click on Image3 to activate it. 13. Add some sparklies in Image 3 to different places.
14. Now go to Animation Shop. In top menu, click Edit > Paste > After Current Frame. 15. Your image in Animation Shop should look like below.
If you move the scroll bar at the bottom, you should be able to count 3
frames.
16. In the top menu of Animation Shop, click Edit > Select All.
17. Then Right-click on the image. Choose Frame Properties.
18. Set the Display time to 20. Click OK
19. If you want to see what it looks like animated, then Right-click
on the image and choose View Animation.
20. When you are happy with the speed of the sparklies, it's time
to save. In top menu, click File > Save As. Follow the
prompts, by clicking next.
