1.  Open the image that you wish to use.  Image > Duplicate.  MINIMIZE the original.

2.  Image > Size.  Set the longest side to 400 pixels.  In the case of my picture, I changed the height = 400 .

3.  Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation  CHECK Colorize (at bottom of box).  Then play with the hue, saturation, and lightness numbers to get the color you want.  The bottom color bar will show the color.

4.  Choose the Elliptical Marquee Tool.

5.  Open the original image.  Image > Size  80  PERCENT

6.  Set Feather of elliptical marquee tool to 10 pixels

7.  Draw an elliptical selection around part of the image.

8.  Edit > Copy

9.  Click on the colored image you made.  Edit > Paste.  With the mover tool, move the image into position where you want it.

10.  With the eye dropper, choose a medium to light shade of your color picture.

11.  Layer > Flatten Image

12.  Image > Canvas Size.  Add 20 pixels to the width and height of the current size, and place these new numbers in the new size box.  At the bottom change the canvas extension color to foreground (your medium color choice).

13.  With the magic wand, select the border.  Filter > Texture > Texturizer.   Texture = Canvas, Scaling = 50, Relief = 6, Light = top

14.  Right-click on the layer and choose Layer From Background

15.  Right-click on the layer and choose Blending Options.  Click on the WORDS  Bevel and Emboss.  Style = Inner Bevel, Technique = Smooth, Depth = 100, Direction = Up, Size = 5, Soften = 0.

16.  Right-click on the layer and choose Flatten Image

17.  Image > Canvas Size.  Add 40 pixels to the width and the height, and place the new numbers as the new size.  Set the canvas Extension color to the same medium color as before (foreground).

18.  Click the exchange arrow by the color boxes, to move the foreground color into the background position.  Then with the eye dropper pick a dark color from the hue picture.  (Should be the same shade, but darker).  With the magic wand, select the border.

19.  Filter > Render > Clouds.

20.  Image > Canvas Size.  Add 2 pixels to width & height.  Set the color to the darker foreground color.

21.  Now add your watermark and any text.

22.  Save as a JPEG.  File > save As.
