Pouring Champagne
I wrote this tutorial on my own. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental. I claim the copyright to my tutorial. You are free to do whatever you please with what you make, but please do not take my tutorial. Do not send the tutorial through email. Only share my link. This tutorial was created for some friends of mine who wanted to begin learning more about PSP. It is intended for beginners to learn how to use animation. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. To do this tutorial you will also need Paint Shop Pro. I wrote this with Paint Shop Pro X, but the steps may also be done in any version. You may download a free trial at Corel. Remember to save as a psp file often! 1. Download the Champagne Tag template. 2. Add your name by choosing the Text tool. In the top text toolbar, choose your font, and set to create as Vector. Set your foreground and background color to the color of your choice (I used a gold gradient).
3. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
4. Right-click on the merged layer and choose Duplicate.
5. Duplicate one more time. You should now have 3 copies of your template. 6. Choose the paintbrush tool. In the top paintbrush tool menu, set the size = 2, hardness = 100, Opacity = 100. Set the foreground color = white.
7. On each of the duplicate layers, put some white streaks (small white dots/lines) in different places on each layer. Also put some small dots of white in different places inside the cup, to make bubbles.
8. Now Save this as a PSP image. File > Save As. 9. Open up your saved image in ANIMATION SHOP. 10. Edit > Select All. 11. Right-click on one of the frames and choose Frame Properties. Change the Display time to 15. 12. Now save this as a GIF image.
