With the new DAZ 4 out, I am updating myDAZ hatchling lessons to match DS4.¬† There will be 2 separate hatchling lessons, one for DS4, and one for the lower versions.¬† If you are interested in learning the BASICS of using DAZ 4¬† (or version 3), you will need to join my forum.¬† Just go to the forum link, read the instructions about becoming a member, make your introduction post, comment/chat with the member, and soon you’ll be able to take the hatchling lessons.
Also, at the forum, is a set of lessons started for Hexagon.  These are not so structured, as I am not an expert in making models.  But someone asked me how I did it, so there are my tuts.
The forum also includes PSP hatchling lessons, Poser hatchling lessons, Photoshop hatchling lessons, and Digital Scrapbooking Lessons (using kits).
I have uploaded some tutorials:
Buttons N Frays Frame Tutorial for PSP.  Picture of my son, not included.
I have also begun some beginner tutorials for Photoshop.¬† These Photoshop Hatchling tutorials can only be accessed through my forum — Dragon’s Breath Resources.
I have also begun a beginner course to texturizing templates for DAZ/Poser.¬† It is intended to be a beginner course, but it will get you started in creating your own textures.¬† These DAZ Texture Hatchling lessons can only be accessed through my forum — Dragon’s Breath Resources.
A new version of Paint Shop Pro is out:  Version X3.
I actually got my copy last week, but with being sick for the stomach flu, I just installed it today.  Whoa! when I opened it, what a difference!  I closed it right back  lol
After being sick, I still did not feel with messing with much, and it looked like I would need to work hard on learning something alot different than PSP X2.  But after a little rest, I opened it again, and tried opening an image.  The image opened and changed the layout of PSP X3 into a layout that was familiar.    So I played around until I figured out how to set the layout to the older version and save it that way.
Here’s my first tutorial for PSP X3:
I’ve played a little more and so far have been able to do everything in PSP I have been doing without any trouble.¬† One of the changes I have noticed is that they have fixed the resize image box.¬† During the last version, the resize box was changed so that it did not maintain the new size you had changed it to.¬† Every time you resized something, you had to enter in a size.¬† Well, now it¬†keeps the last size you entered.¬† Saves typing time.¬†
Looks like transition from version X2 to version X3 will be really easy.¬† I’ll be writing tutorials for X3 now, as many things¬†seem to be the same so older versions will be able to use the new tutorials.¬†
The new PSP X3 can be found on the Corel site here.

Create a custom shape to use for your watermarking.¬†¬† What’s so great about using a custom shape?¬† The shape can be resized as needed for large and small projects.¬† I wrote a tutorial for creating such a watermark shape in Photoshop. You can find it here:
You can find my other Photoshop tutorials here.  Check them out!
Use PSP or Photoshop and don’t know how to use scrap kits?¬† We’ve started beginner lessons on using scrap kits at the Dragon’s Breath Forums.¬† Learn how to use scrap papers as patterns for backgrounds and selection fills, and learn how to use the different elements¬† of the scrapkit.¬† These lessons are available to all registered members of the Forums.¬†¬† The lessons are set up for independent study, though a moderator will check your lesson results and answer any questions you may have.¬†
There are also hatchling lessons for PSP, Photoshop, DAZ Studio, and Bryce.  Come check them out!
If you’re beyond beginner, we also have galleries for learning beyond the beginner stage, and posting your results.¬† Come check us out!
