A Dragon's Breath

Remember the TV show Beauty and the Beast?  Well here are tubes of Vincent.

The TC5 dress for V4 was created by Sanbie as a challenge for members at PFDLives.  Here are the mats that I created in the challenge.  There are 2 zips provided.  One zip is just the mats.  The other is the mats and the outfit, which Sanbie graciously gave permission to include.  Also, the WinterRose mat was created with textures that were made by one of my DragonBreath forum members, Ebs.  It made a lovely pink, rosey valentine outfit.

Today marks the Chinese New Year, and it’s the Year of the Dragon.  Here are some cards to welcome in the year:

I completed another lesson for Blender — making a cross and then learning to make the UV map for it.  Of course, it didn’t help that I had bronchitis while I was working on this.  I kept misreading the instructions.  Finally, I got through it and completed a cross.  I still have to package up the prop, but here’s a render with my cross:

Well, he said we would need one.  And here is one.  I started taking some Blender lessons in a group that I’m in –PFDLives.com .  Hedd is difficult taskmaster.  lol  For our first prop we created a pyramid.  For the second, we created a pill.  Well, here’s my pain pill, for anyone to use who knows how painful learning to model can be.

January 23, 2012, begins the Year of the Dragon and here is a kit that will help you celebrate the Chinese New Year in DAZ or Poser.

This kit contains

• 2 dragon head masks, with textures
• 2 chinese lanterns
• 2 envelope styles — opened and closed
• a note

The dragon head mask is just placed over the doll’s head  and then PARENTED to the head.  It can also be parented to a large animal and textured with stone to be made into a Chinese dragon statue.  In the picture above I used the Millennium Big Cat to make the Chinese dragon statue.

The doll, the outfit, and the Big Cat is not included in the kit.
