Pumpkin Apple Sauce (Low Sodium)

Pumpkin Apple Sauce

Ingredients

 

1-3/4 cup canned pumpkin (small can)
2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
fat free whipped dessert topping, as garnish if desired

Directions

 

Mix all ingredients and simmer.
May be served warm or cold as a side or sweet treat!
