Hurray! I have lost 20 pounds since the end of August! It’s been a combination of the diuretic I was put on, but also following the South Beach Diet. I still have a long way to go, but it feels great. 20 pounds different. I feel like I am able to move more, and I have a little bit more energy. My clothes are loose on me, rather than restricting me. I’m trying for at least 50 pounds, so I’ll check in for a bit.
Weight:Â 302.8 pounds
My goals for this week:Â
1. Get on the treadmill at least 3 days
2. see the doctor for my follow-up appointment
3. Begin Phase 2 of the diet after my doctor appointment.
