Hurray!¬† I have lost 20 pounds since the end of August!¬† It’s been a combination of the diuretic I was put on, but also following the South Beach Diet.¬† I still have a long way to go, but it feels great.¬† 20 pounds different.¬† I feel like I am able to move more, and I have a little bit more energy.¬† My clothes are loose on me, rather than restricting me.¬† I’m trying for at least 50 pounds, so I’ll check in for a bit.

Weight:  302.8 pounds

My goals for this week: 
1.  Get on the treadmill  at least 3 days
2.  see the doctor for my follow-up appointment
3.  Begin Phase 2 of the diet after my doctor appointment.
